"...one phone call to your company is all it takes to get the problem corrected."

In a society that does not show enough appreciation, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to you and your co-workers for the speedy response whenever we have mechanical issues with our vehicles.

Lately we have needed your services quite often, and it is nice to know that one phone call to you(r) company is all it takes to get the problem corrected. It is greatly appreciated. Just one reason we do business with Eastford.

"My experience with your product, sales and service are very refreshing."

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction with your company. Over the past two years the Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps have purchased two type I ambulances and are very pleased with both units.

It is very refreshing to have a sales and service department that goes above and beyond to please the customer. Michael Kaen has been there to answer any questions or help us with any problem from the time we met him, through pre build meetings and delivery of two units. Michael has also made sure that in the few instances that we have had a problem, they were taken care of in a very timely fashion.

Michael introduced us to Chris Bowen from Eastford Fire & Rescue Sales who made trips down to our facility to perform warranty repairs as needed and made sure we were satisfied. Any time there has been a problem, Chris has gone out of his way to remedy it. I would like to add that both units were delivered to us in excellent condition.

As Apparatus Supervisor of the Wilton Fire Department for over 22 years, my job is to maintain the ambulances as well as the fire apparatus. Working with vendors can sometimes be challenging. My experience with your product, sales and service are very refreshing.

"I was impressed with your thoroughness and attention to detail."

Thank you for your time last week when you came to our facility to perform the preventive maintenance inspection on our 1999 Life Line ambulance. I was impressed with your thoroughness and attention to detail.

When you first presented the Life Line ambulance to us last year I am sure you explained this program to us. But when the ambulance was delivered, all we were concerned with was putting it into service. It was not until you called to remind me of our first six-month check-up that I remembered you said this program would be included free of charge with our purchase.

The two hours you both spent with our ambulance, cleaning, tightening, adjusting, and lubricating various parts, and going over the preventive maintenance needs with our mechanic was very complete. This is truly what preventive maintenance should be. Too bad the fire apparatus manufacturers don't provide this level of competent and professional service.

We would like you to know that we are very pleased with our 1999 Life Line ambulance and look forward to seeing you every six months during the next five years for our biannual inspections. If you ever have a prospective customer that would like to see our Life Line ambulance, please do not hesitate to call me.

"the ambulance KB purchased from Life Line is the quietest, smoothest, and best built ambulance...."

I am writing to pass along my sincere pleasure and gratitude to you and Life Line Emergency Vehicles for the supurb quality of the product you put forth and for the strong and positive customer service displayed by your regional distributors....

KB Ambulance Corps is a moderate sized ambulance service in rural northeastern Connecticut. We are a combination paid and volunteer ambulance service that responds to approximately 2000 emergency calls annually. Currently, we operate with three ambulances and as of today, I am pleased to place our order for our second Life Line ambulance in less than one year.

Last spring, KB Ambulance was beginning the process to research and accept proposals for new ambulances. At that time we operated with two Road Rescue ambulances and one Horton ambulance. Initially, I was hesitant about considering Life Line, preferring to consider what I viewed as the better-known names within the industry (Road Rescue, Wheeled Coach, Horton, etc.)

I contacted Michael Kaen and Christopher Bowen about bringing an ambulance to the service to demonstrate. Both these individuals did a tremendous job of presenting the Life Line. They took the time to fully explain the features and benefits of your product, carefully pointing out the differences between Life Line and other manufacturers. Yet they were extremely careful not to negatively portray any manufacturer, rather they simply described what they believed made the Life Line the better vehicle. Our search committee consisted of approximately one dozen members of the service, and both Michael and Chris made certain each member had the opportunity to ask questions and test drive the demo ambulance.

It was due to this presentation and Michael and Chris' attention to detail, along with their willingness to consider the financial constraints of the service, which truly helped to secure the purchase of our first Life Line last year. It was also these same issues that were factors into our decision to return to Life Line for a second ambulance less than a year later.

I have been active in EMS for over thirteen years and have taken my share of rides in various manufacturer's vehicles. I have also been directly responsible for purchasing seven ambulances and can honestly say, that the ambulance KB purchased from Life Line is the quietest, smoothest, and best built ambulance I have seen in my career. I am thankful that I did not allow my previously mentioned hesitance factor into my decision and allow me to have possibly excluded Life Line from consideration.

As KB moves forward, I am hopeful we will be able to maintain the positive relationship we have with Life Line. I look forward to purchasing another Life Line ambulance when the opportunity presents itelf.

"I am very pleased with the Life Line product, and would recommend it..."

I am writing this letter in reference to our still newly purchased 1998 ambulance, and our sales person Michael Kaen. The ambulance has not only been beautifully designed, but it is a wonder to work in. We were able to design it in a way that the best patient care possible can be delivered, thanks to Michael Kaen's help and patience. I would also recommend others to use Michael as there sales person. He is a man of his word, and is very prompt and responsible when he needs to do his ambulance maintenenance checks. I am very pleased with the Life Line product, and would recommend it to our ambulance corporation and others in the future.
